Senior Frontend Engineer (Astro 5 / React 19 / TypeScript)
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and scale the high-conversion web presence (apps/landing) using Astro 5 SSG and React 19 Islands.
- Guarantee pristine Core Web Vitals (CLS = 0.00, FCP < 0.5s) and 100/100 Lighthouse benchmark scores.
- Develop interactive React islands: workshop bay Kanban on @dnd-kit, 3D interactive DVI damage inspection widgets.
- Enforce rigorous TypeScript safety and monorepo architectural boundaries.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of production web development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in modern web standards, SSG/SSR patterns, and Astro island hydration.
- Keen eye for micro-interactions, responsive mobile ergonomics, and typography.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS v4 and drag-and-drop toolkits (@dnd-kit).
Senior Go / Node.js Backend Engineer (API Gateway & High-Load)

- Design and maintain microservices on Fastify / Go for the API Gateway (:3005) with sub-20ms latency.
- Implement the Ledger Lock cryptographic financial guard (immutable audit trails with SHA-256 hashes).
- Integrate national payment APIs (Kaspi Pay, Payme, Click, QRIS, Troy, credit card gateways).
- Scale asynchronous task pipelines (BullMQ / Redis) and optimize PostgreSQL queries with Row Level Security.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years building high-load, distributed backend systems.
- Mastery of PostgreSQL, multi-tenant data isolation (RLS), and Redis memory caching.
- Experience with cryptographic integrity, HMAC signatures, and financial transaction processing.

Regional Country Success Manager (Kazakhstan / Almaty)
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and guide premier automotive repair centers and multi-bay chains across Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent.
- Facilitate seamless data migration from legacy 1C platforms to CarsKeep (inventory setup, advisor coaching).
- Synthesize customer feedback and feature requests for the product engineering team.
- Represent CarsKeep at regional automotive trade shows and industry forums.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years in the automotive industry (workshops, dealerships, parts distribution) or B2B SaaS customer onboarding.
- Fluent in Kazakh and Russian languages.
- Outstanding interpersonal empathy: equally capable of speaking with shop floor mechanics and executive fleet owners.
- Willingness for periodic domestic travel across Kazakhstan.
Regional Country Success Manager (Azerbaijan / Baku)
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead CarsKeep flagship market expansion in Baku and surrounding automotive districts.
- Deliver high-impact hands-on product demonstrations for independent service center owners and detailing hubs.
- Train service advisors to master interactive WhatsApp photo estimate approvals.
- Ensure exceptional customer retention (target Retention Rate > 95%).
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive aftermarket sector or B2B technology sales in Azerbaijan.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
- In-depth grasp of shop floor pain points (parts inventory, labor billing, customer trust).
